Trelegy Information:

buy trelegy ellipta

Trelegy Ellipta is an inhalant powder used to improve symptoms and reduce bronchospasm in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), bronchitis, and emphysema. Trelegy consists of three active drugs: fluticasone, umeclidinium, and vilanterol. Fluticasone is a corticosteroid anti-inflammatory drug that works to inhibit inflammatory cells, as well as to stop the secretion of histamines, cytokines, and leukotrienes that are commonly associated with asthma and allergies. Umeclidinium is a long-acting, antimuscarinic agent, which is often referred to as an anticholinergic. It works by inhibiting the M3 receptor at the smooth muscle leading to bronchodilation, or the relaxing of the airway muscles. Vilanterol is a selective long-acting beta2-adrenergic agonist. It works by stimulating intracellular adenylyl cyclase which causes conversion of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) to cyclic- adenosine monophosphate (cAMP). Increases in cyclic AMP lead to bronchodilation and the relaxing of the airway muscles. Trelegy should not be used for the treatment of asthma. Ask your doctor if it is the right option for you. Trelegy is not a rescue medicine. It will not work fast enough to stop a bronchospasm attack. Use only fast-acting medicine to stop an attack.

Before taking Trelegy, inform your doctor of your medical history to ensure Trelegy is right for you. Common side effects may include cold or flu symptoms, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, constipation or diarrhea, urination problems, joint pain, hoarse voice, headache or back pain, or mouth pain and changes in your sense of taste. Talk to your doctor about how to manage these side effects. Contact your doctor immediately if you experience tremors, nervousness, chest pain, fast or pounding heartbeats, fever, chills, wheezing or choking after using Trelegy, painful or difficult urination, changes in vision, signs of high blood sugar, signs of low potassium levels, or signs of a hormonal disorder. If you notice any serious side effects or signs of an allergic reaction, seek emergency medical attention.
