Q6. Do you only dispense Canadian drugs or do you sell drugs from other countries as well?
A: In addition to dispensing from our affiliated Canadian dispensing pharmacy, we also arrange for your medications to be dispensed from licensed pharmacies and international fulfilment centers that are approved by the regulatory bodies in their respective countries. Q7. If my drugs are shipped from dispensaries in countries other than Canada, will I still receive Canadian drugs?
A: No, Canadian drugs are only shipped from our affiliated Canadian dispensary. Our affiliated dispensaries in other countries will ship drugs that they have procured from within their own jurisdiction or other countries except Canada or USA. Rest assured that we only affiliate with authorized dispensaries and fulfillment centers that procure products from reputable sources.
Q8. What is the difference between brand and generic drugs?
A: The biggest difference between most brand names and their generic equivalents is that the brand name product costs significantly more.
Brand and generic drugs are therapeutically and chemically equivalent. Generic drugs are required to have the same active ingredient, strength, dosage form and route of administration as the brand name products. In some countries, trademark laws require the drugs to look different, so the generic version may be a different color or shape or have a different taste, or contain different inactive ingredients.
Q9. Are generic drugs safe?
A: Yes, each generic must demonstrate it is equivalent with its brand-name counterpart by showing it delivers the same amount of active ingredients into the patient's bloodstream in the same amount of time as the brand name drug. It has the same therapeutic effect and the same benefits and risks as their brand name counterparts but cost less.
Q10. How much do you charge for shipping?
A: Our shipping fee is a single flat rate of $10.00 for your entire order regardless of the number of products you order.
Q11. Is there a limit on how much medication, I can order at one time?
A: Yes, we are only able to dispense a maximum of a three month supply at one time, as long as your prescription allows you to order that quantity. If you have refills on your prescription, we can refill your medication as they are due for a refill.
Q12. Can I return my medications if I no longer need them?
A: Because we work in conjunction with licensed pharmacies to protect the safety of you and other parties involved, once a prescription and/or non-prescription product has been dispensed it cannot be returned for any reason.
Under applicable pharmaceutical laws prescription drugs are not returnable. All sales are final. Please talk to your physician regarding your medication before completing your order. For more information, please check out our policies section.
