Aminophylline Injection Information
Aminophylline Injection (Aminophylline) treats breathing problems caused by conditions like asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Asthma is when a person's airways become inflamed, narrow, swell, and produce extra mucus, leading to breathing difficulties. COPD is a group of lung diseases that block airflow, tighten the muscles around the airway, and make breathing difficult. Emphysema and chronic bronchitis are the most common conditions that makeup COPD. Aminophylline Injection relieves symptoms such as wheezing, shortness of breath, and chest tightness. Bronchodilators like Aminophylline relax the muscles in the airways, allowing them to widen. This makes airflow in and out of the lungs easier.
