Mesalamine is an anti-inflammatory agent used to treat inflammation of the digestive tract. It works inside the bowel by helping to reduce the inflammation and other symptoms of bowel disease. Lialda Side Effects:
Lialda is generally well tolerated. The most common Lialda side effects are constipation, diarrhea, dizziness, flu symptoms, gas, headache, nausea, stomach cramps, and vomiting. If you are experiencing any severe side effects such as chest pain, fast heartbeat, fever, jaundice, sore throat, or symptoms of an allergic reaction (e.g., difficult breathing; itching; rash; swelling), please inform your doctor immediately.
Lialda Precautions:
