Mosapride Information
Mosapride (Mosapride) is used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). GERD is a common condition where the stomach contents move up the esophagus. This condition becomes a disease when it causes frequent and severe symptoms. In some cases, reflux can damage the esophagus or respiratory tract. You should seek immediate medical attention if you experience reflux symptoms more than two times a week for a month or longer. Mosapride is also used to treat irritable bowel syndrome and indigestion. Gastroprokinetic agents like Mosapride work by increasing the movement of food from the stomach to the intestine. This then increases the process of gastric emptying and prevents your food from refluxing.
