Seebri Breezhaler Information
Seebri Breezhaler (Glycopyrronium) makes breathing easier in adult patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). COPD is a lung disease that makes breathing difficult. This condition results from damage to the lungs and airways, presenting symptoms such as coughing up mucus, difficulty breathing, tiredness, and wheezing. Anticholinergics like Glycopyrronium work by blocking the action of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter that causes the muscles around the airways to tighten. By blocking acetylcholine, Glycopyrronium helps to relax these muscles, widening the airways and making breathing easier.
