Zyrtec Side Effects:
The most common Zyrtec side effects are abdominal pain, constipation, cough, dizziness, drowsiness, headache, fatigue, nausea, tiredness, vomiting and etc. If you are experiencing any severe side effects such as confusion, fever, hallucinations, irregular heartbeat, nosebleed, sleep problem (insomnia), tremors, urination problem, vision changes, or signs of a serious allergic reaction (e.g., difficult breathing, hives, swelling of the face, lips, eyes), please inform your doctor immediately.
